Receive support from your community with a custom virtual tribute where everyone can join the ceremony, enjoy an online slide show, share stories, and pay their respects. Package includes: Design & Planning Digital Invitation to Memorial and Registration Management.* Three (3) hours of event planning, per-event set up with tech support and training for speakers. Online meeting Technology Platform. Event Recording, including public chat and cloud storage for 90 days free. Custom Entry slides with photo and music as participants gather.* Thank you note with link to recording emailed to all participants following the event.* Dedicated Staff Professional Facilitator / Planner leading up to and through the event. Event Technician supporting the online gathering. Virtual Celebration Up to 2 hours Up to 7 presenter locations Up to 300 unique log-ins. Professionally produced slide show with pre-recorded content: up to 150 photos and ten pre-recorded videos.* Professionally facilitated sharing of comments and control of speakers microphones. Additional Options Available: Reception Rooms (up to five): $500 * All deliverables include two rounds of edits. Each additional edit after the second one per deliverable will incur a fee of $100.00
